We’re delighted to share some fantastic news from the team here at Isoler. Our work at Hedworth Court in Sunderland has been shortlisted for the Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) Awards 2025 in the category Small Scale Installation Project of the Year (Under £1 Million).
This recognition is a real milestone for us and a great reflection of the quality, commitment, and craftsmanship that goes into our fire stopping services across the North East and beyond.
A standout project in Sunderland
The Hedworth Court project, delivered for our client Equans on behalf of Gentoo Group, involved a series of specialist fire compartmentation and passive building fire protection works as part of a major refurbishment programme. Our team carried out essential upgrades including fire-stopping penetrations, ensuring compliant compartmentation, and improving the overall safety and resilience of the building for residents.
It’s the kind of work that often goes unseen, but it’s absolutely vital. Our fire stopping services play a key role in preventing the spread of smoke and fire, protecting both lives and property in multi-residential and commercial buildings across the region.
Recognition from the industry
Being named a finalist for an ASFP Award is something we’re incredibly proud of. The ASFP represents the highest standards in passive fire protection, so being recognised alongside some of the UK’s leading specialists is a real achievement for our growing team.
We’re equally thrilled that our Assistant Compliance Manager, Chloe Flowers, has been shortlisted for the Rising Star of the Year Award. This is a well-deserved nod to her dedication and leadership within the business.
