On a monthly basis we roll out a Health & Safety Rewards Scheme for operatives who consistently exceed expectations and are consistent with health and safety standards.
This month’s winner is Connor Doolan! Connor is one of our joinery apprentices who went above and beyond during a fire door remedial project. Not only did he excel in his work, but he also showed incredible compassion for the resident.
Our Joinery Division Manager, Jamie Dunwoodie said, “Connor attended an appointment to carry out repair work on a fire door of a property. During the course of Connor’s visit, the resident admitted he was struggling with some personal issues and was becoming overwhelmed. Connor contacted our Customer Care Manager, Catherine Cliff, to report his concerns, which were then relayed to the client. The client’s customer care team passed on their thanks, both from themselves and the resident personally. They appreciated the extended customer care that was provided to the resident on that day.
Catherine Cliff adds, “I was extremely impressed with Connor’s initiative regarding this situation. He has been a valued member of the team on this project and this recognition is well deserved.”
A huge well done to Connor for making a difference and a worthy recipient of this month’s £50 voucher presented by our Contracts Director, Paul Watkins and Joinery Division Manager, Jamie Dunwoodie.
