Here at Isoler we offer a range of fire door installation and maintenance solutions.
Fire Door Installation
We hold substantial experience in fitting fire doors across the construction and social housing sector. Our services span diverse environments and our custom fire door installation strategies are meticulously designed to align with your specific demands.
Each tailored plan entails thorough consultations, meticulous inspections, and the provision and fitting of fire doors that are both compliant and certified. What’s more, our entire process is supported by the reassurance of our BM Trada accreditation.
Fire Door Maintenance
We possess specialised knowledge in the examination and maintenance of fire doors. We conduct routine assessments on various structures, regardless of their age, to ensure the proper functionality of these doors. After a thorough inspection, our highly skilled team devises individualised strategies to ensure optimal operations.
When feasible, we will repair existing doors to align with regulations and function effectively. However, if restoration is not viable, we will provide replacement doors that adhere to the rigorous standards of the industry.
CLIENT: Gentoo Group
PROJECT: Genforce Remedials
SCOPE: Our involvement in the Genforce project commenced in April 2023, and we have been asked to complete maintenance on a total of 14,000 fire doors. Given the substantial volume of Gentoo Group’s stock that requires maintenance, this project represents a long-term commitment, and we are honoured to be part of it.
CLIENT: We Are Homes For Students
PROJECT: Duresme Court Durham
SCOPE: Our team was engaged in carrying out necessary remedial work within a block of 252 student flats in the local vicinity. The scope of our project focused on ensuring that all entrance doors were brought up to the required standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
TESTIMONIAL: “We couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of guys. They were patient with the students, worked around us, and had no complaints from the students or my team.” – Emma Archer, Senior Property Manager.
