Welcoming Dan Clark to Isoler as Joinery Division Project Manager

We’re pleased to welcome Dan Clark to Isoler as our new Joinery Division Project Manager, strengthening our delivery capability across fire door and remedial works projects.

Dan joins Isoler with a strong background in joinery, having progressed into project management through hands-on experience in the construction industry. Most recently, he worked with Equans, where he managed fire door and decarbonisation projects with a focus on delivery, compliance, and contractor coordination.

His journey into construction began after completing his A Levels at Durham School, when he chose to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career as a joiner. This early trade experience gave him a solid foundation in practical construction, which naturally developed into broader project management responsibilities over time.

Speaking about joining Isoler, Dan said: “Having previously worked alongside Isoler, I developed a strong understanding of the company’s approach and built positive relationships with both staff and management, which made this a natural and appealing next step for me.”

In his new role, Dan will be responsible for project managing fire door installation and remedial schemes for a range of clients. His day-to-day role involves overseeing delivery on site, coordinating contractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.

Dan is particularly looking forward to working closely with both colleagues and contractors, building strong relationships, and collaborating to deliver successful projects across the division. He also brings a strong commitment to developing a servant leadership approach, supporting team members to build confidence, take ownership, and contribute to a positive, high-performing working environment.

Looking ahead, Dan aims to continue developing his leadership skills, add value across the business, and play a key role in consistently delivering high-quality projects. He is especially excited about building strong working relationships and being involved in projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and residents.

We’re delighted to have Dan on board and look forward to the impact he will make within the team.
