We’re proud to be delivering a comprehensive 5-year framework agreement for Crest Nicholson, covering all aspects of fire remediation works. The framework commenced in August 2024 and continues to demonstrate our capability to deliver large-scale, high-quality fire safety solutions across a diverse portfolio.

Since the start of the framework, our teams have been working across more than 20 sites, encompassing over 100 individual buildings nationwide, including projects in London, Southampton, and Bristol. This extensive programme highlights our ability to manage complex projects efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality.

As part of the works, we have completed thousands of fire door surveys across both communal areas and individual flat entrance doors. These surveys play a vital role in ensuring buildings meet fire safety standards and provide a safe environment for residents.

In addition to survey work, we’re responsible for the scoping, design, and remediation of fire compartmentation works, ensuring all solutions align with Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) completed by others. This ensures that all remedial works are targeted, effective, and fully compliant with industry requirements.

At the outset of each project, we provide full technical packs, supporting clarity, consistency, and efficiency throughout delivery. Acting as Principal Contractor on every project, we maintain full control of site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with programme expectations.

All works delivered under the framework are subject to independent inspections by clients and industry experts, with feedback consistently reflecting the high standards and quality of our delivery.

To further strengthen our commitment to compliance, our team carries out independent audits throughout the project lifecycle. These audits ensure that all certified details are adhered to and that CDM responsibilities are fully met, reinforcing our focus on best practice and regulatory compliance at every stage.

Josh Watson, Managing Director at Isoler, said: “This framework is a great example of the scale and complexity of projects we’re proud to deliver. Working with Crest Nicholson allows us to showcase our full capability – from surveys and design through to remediation and compliance.

Our teams have worked hard to maintain the highest standards across every site, and we’re pleased to see such positive feedback from independent inspections. It reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and doing things the right way.”

This framework with Crest Nicholson demonstrates our ability to deliver fire remediation projects at scale while maintaining a clear focus on quality, compliance, and resident safety.
