We’re pleased to welcome Rhiannon to Isoler as our new Compliance Manager, strengthening our growing compliance team as we continue to support clients with their building safety and compliance requirements.
Rhiannon joins the business with a wealth of experience spanning facilities management, estates management, project management and social housing. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a wide range of complex projects and asset management programmes, building a strong reputation for delivering high standards while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Having spent many years working within Ministry of Defence estates, Rhiannon held a number of senior roles including Practice Manager, Facilities Manager, Lifecycle Manager and Estates Manager. More recently, she transitioned into the social housing sector, working with both Thirteen Group and Gentoo, where she was involved in delivering a variety of improvement and compliance programmes, including roof replacements, rewires, retrofit projects, Finlock gutter removal schemes and initiatives supporting compliance with emerging legislation.
Rhiannon was attracted to Isoler by the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining exceptional safety standards and its proactive approach to an evolving regulatory landscape.
In her role as Compliance Manager, Rhiannon will support the delivery of our compliance services by coordinating surveys, managing quotations, supporting project delivery and ensuring clients receive timely communication and support throughout every stage of the process.
Speaking about her new role, Rhiannon said:

Rhiannon also noted:
