We’re delighted to welcome Rose Miller to Isoler as our new Assistant Project Manager, further strengthening our project delivery team.
Rose joins us with a strong background in site management, having spent the past two and a half years working as an apprentice site manager on a range of retrofit projects across the North East. Her experience spans a variety of sectors, including high-rise residential buildings, schools, and local authority housing.
Throughout her time on site, Rose has been involved in a wide range of works, including de-gassing buildings, solar PV installations, air source heat pumps, external wall insulation, rendering, and window replacements. Alongside this, she has been studying for her HNC in Construction Management at New College Durham, balancing academic learning with the demands of working on live sites.
Rose’s journey into construction began during sixth form, where she gained hands-on experience across different roles including quantity surveying, resident liaison, and site management. It was this exposure that led her to pursue a career in site management, where she quickly found her passion.
Speaking about joining Isoler, Rose said, “I wanted to work for Isoler because of its strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining high safety standards. Moving into fire safety is really important to me, as it allows me to play a direct role in protecting people, property, and the environment.”
In her role as Assistant Project Manager, Rose works closely with the contracts team, visiting sites to review ongoing works, manage on-site operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. Her experience from a principal contractor perspective gives her a strong understanding of project delivery, with a clear focus on health and safety and maintaining high standards throughout.
Looking ahead, Rose is keen to continue developing her expertise within fire safety and take on new challenges as part of the Isoler team. She is particularly excited about expanding her knowledge, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and continuing her professional development following the completion of her studies.
“I’m looking forward to developing a deeper understanding of fire safety and growing my skills within the industry. It’s great to be part of such a supportive team, and I’m excited about what’s ahead,” she added.
We’re pleased to have Rose on board and look forward to supporting her growth as she continues to build her career with Isoler.
Welcome to the team, Rose!
