Isoler Appoints Ian Thompson as Contracts Manager

We’re excited to announce that Ian Thompson has been appointed Contracts Manager at Isoler, marking an exciting step forward for both Ian and the business as we continue to grow across the construction and fire safety sectors.

Ian first joined Isoler in May 2025 as Compliance Manager, quickly becoming an integral member of the team. During his time in the role, he has played a key part in strengthening compliance processes, supporting project delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and regulatory adherence across the company’s expanding portfolio of work.

His promotion to Contracts Manager reflects both his contribution to the business and the increasing scale and complexity of projects Isoler is now delivering.

Speaking about his new role, Ian said, “I’m looking forward to working with and contributing to the project team, and to strengthening our offer to both new and existing clients.”

Supporting the Next Phase of Growth

The newly created Contracts Manager role has been introduced to support Isoler’s continued growth and its commitment to delivering complex construction and fire safety projects to the highest standards.

Josh Watson, Managing Director at Isoler, congratulated Ian on his appointment, “Well deserved Ian and looking forward to seeing you step into this role.

The newly formed role is pivotal to successfully delivering the increasingly complex projects we are now involved in.

Adding your experience and perspective to an already strong team will make achieving our future plans that little bit easier. Exciting time ahead for the team and the wider business!”

Nichol Gilston, Operations Director, also welcomed the news, “Very well deserved Ian! This new position is absolutely instrumental in shaping our future business plans and I look forward to working alongside you and the rest of the team in what I am sure will be a very successful and exciting journey.”

Looking Ahead

Ian’s appointment reinforces Isoler’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its services across Passive Fire Protection, compliance, and construction project delivery.

With Ian stepping into this pivotal role, the business is well positioned to support both new and existing clients, while continuing to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality projects across the UK.

The entire team at Isoler congratulates Ian on his well-deserved promotion and looks forward to the next chapter of growth together.
